So I think I've maxed out the overconsumption of ice cream as a coping strategy. Just as well. Lately I've pretty well sorted out that when I don't take the lorazepam I have a whole night's worth of vivid, wiggy dreams, even if I feel sufficiently relaxed when I go to sleep.
